III – MEMBERSHIP
Regular membership shall be open to all institutions of higher
education in the State of New York which meet the following criteria:

V – MEETINGS
There shall be at least one meeting each year, convening with the
Association of Engineering Colleges of New York State unless otherwise decided
by the membership. Other meetings shall be held at the call of the President or
at the request of 25 percent of the regular membership.

VI - DUES
A. An annual membership fee, in an amount determined by the regular membership to be sufficient to enable the Association to conduct its necessary business, shall be assessed~ all regular member institutions payable by January 1st each year.
Liaison members shall be excluded from assessment of dues.
VII – GOVERNANCE
Abridged Rules of Order shall govern the conduct of meetings unless
otherwise specified in this Constitution or its Amendments.
VIII – AMENDMENTS
A. Amendments may be proposed by any regular member and must be circulated to the membership not less than 30 days prior to the date of the Association meeting at which they are to be considered for action.
Amendments proposed as in
Article VIII-A will be enacted by a majority vote of the regular
membership present at the meeting.
